Twisted Gamers Community (Forum) Rules

It is important to keep this board clean for everyone's comfort and these following rules are here to help it. You must maintain the following rules & regulation :

Note : There may be modifications anytime, so we invite you to re-read it regularly.

- Before you post : A search should be done to see if your topic have not been already posted.

- Topic titles : When you post any topic it is compulsory to add a topic title, but "help me", "Urgent", "SOS", "Question", "Problem", "Hurry" are not tolerated. Capitals should also be avoided.

- Description of you problem/question : When you ask a question, try to be clear and accurate about what you want to say. Don't hesitate to describe your problem. The more info you give, the better we can answer you.

- Language on this forum : The only language allowed to be used is English.

- Colors and capitals : When you write your message, please don't abuse capitals (it means that you shout) or colors. Some colors are reserved for moderation and light colors are hard to read for visually impaired people.

- Flood and off-topic : Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like "lol", "rofl" or a single smiley must be avoided. You must also avoid to post the same topic twice, it will not be faster for you to get a response.

- Personal Behavior : Debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.

- Board Abuse : Please do not abuse the board by posting unnecessary posts just to increase your rank -- you will probably find that the Administrator or Moderator will simply lower your post count. Your post amount is not being considered moreover it is being considered how important, helpful, reasonable your post is.

- Double Posting : If you make a mistake, please use the button at the top-right of your post, to avoid double-posting.

- Advertising & Spamming : Any type of spamming for any server, website, wapsite and forum is not tolerated, even by PM.

- Other advertising : It is also forbidden to post advertising for money-related stuff, many of our members are under 18.



Behavior on the forum


- Defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content must be avoided on this forum. You must respect the fact that people may have a different opinion than you. If you are in conflict with another member, please use PMs for that, this board is not an arena!

- Please, be patient. It's useless to up your topic every 2 minutes . Every member of this forum has a private life besides the Twisted Gamers Community so they can't always respond immediately.

- You must respect the Lead Administrators and the Moderators. They all work voluntarily on the server and the forum and they are humans, not machines!

- If you received advertising, pornographic content or insults by PM, you must send the whole copy (including the headers) to Giga by PM. Posting it in a topic is useless and will only cause conflicts between you and the one who sent you the PM.

- If you don't find your topic, it may have been moved to a more appropriate place.

- If you have any questions regarding the forums, please PM any of our Lead Administrators or Moderator for that!



Avatar and Profile


- Avatar dimensions : Your avatar's width must not exceed 150 pixels and its height must not exceed 150 pixels. These limits are here to avoid scrolling for people who have a low screen resolution. You must also respect the limit of weight which is fixed to 64 KB. There are still people who have a low-speed connection, and heavy pictures take time to load for them.

- Your avatar is not an advertising banner, so avatars with any server, forum, website URL must be avoided.

- Sexually oriented and gore avatars must be avoided.

- Your "Website" field is not an advertising space, so forum URL must be avoided.



Possible sanctions


- If you made advertising by PM, you may see your PM mailbox disabled for a determined period.

- If your avatar doesn't respect the rules and you ignore the moderator's request to have it changed, the Administrator may forbid you from displaying an avatar.

- Advertising for money-related stuff = Immediate ban

- Ignoring the moderators' warnings and continuing not to respect the rules, insulting people and trolling may result to a simple ban from this forum.

Addition on Forum Rules:

The Twisted Gamers Community Forums has always been a friendly and welcoming online community. These simple posting rules are in place to protect this spirit on the forums and promote friendly discussion and banner.


1. Keep it friendly – This is the golden rule. It means no flaming, trolling or ridiculing of members, while differences of opinion and banter are a part of everyday forum life, insults and any other kind of unfriendly behaviour are not acceptable.

2. Respect different races, nationalities, religions, etc. – Twisted Gamers, their servers and their site, is a multi-cultural community and it goes without saying that racism in any form is not tolerated. But please also be aware that posting strong views about race, nationality or religion can easily cause offence to others and may be removed by the Lead Administrator's discretion. Any deliberately inflammatory threads are not acceptable.

3. No offensive/illegal material – Including pornographic or other explicitly violent content or links.

4. No personal details – Please don’t publish someone else's personal details such as their real name or photographs (without their permission), even if the details are taken from elsewhere on the internet. We also strongly recommend that you don’t post your own personal details, on this or any other public forum.

5. No SPAM, commercial advertisement or links to promote other websites - This includes using a server/company/website/forum name as your username or having a commercial link in your signature and profile.

6. Forums are for chat and sharing ideas, not ads!


Any post or thread that are believed to breach the spirit of these rules may/will be removed and restrictions may also be placed on the user.


We have Volunteer Community Moderators to help us protect the friendly spirit of the Twisted Gamers Community Forums and enforce these rules, but they might not be able to read everything throughout the forum as they have personal life so if you come across a post or thread where you feel the rules have been broken, please report offending threads/posts to us by using the Report option that appears at the top right of each thread so we can take a look and take appropriate action.
